Customer service is a big part of success I know some of you are thinking ... duh! However, I worked from home for about 7 years and still amazes me how many companies play their role in Customer Service. He worked for several direct sales companies, as well as my business. I still have much to lea about the creation of a business, but I know that you have to please the customer to retu. Of all the companies selling direct to me? I was the main problem seems to be slow browsing. Obviously, it depends on what you are selling. However, when a customer has to wait more than a month on products? I ordered, it's almost guaranteed not yet. An example is soy candles. This kind of candles should have time to heal unlike paraffin candles. Therefore, it could take at least two weeks before they are ready to be shipped out. Or, if you are selling items on hand that can take a long time to complete the question, if not pre-made.
