You have something special for your customers It took me many years to lea a simple lesson. There are few things in life that we can directly change. We can not change, our colleagues, the govement, or the time our customers. We can not our spouses or our children. If we want to change things, we must begin to choose ourselves.If in any organization, there are probably people who do not know, as we could. Without doubt, it will irritate and annoy. But you have ceased to think about what could happen if you treated differently? Would they respond to a different, more pleasant and less annoying people?
